A moonsault bodyblock is a back flip which connects with a standing opponent. Most Asai Moonsaults are bodyblocks.
A moonsault press is a back flip which connects with a grounded opponent.
Moonsaults are most commonly done from the top rope, but can be done from standing on the mat, standing on the ropes (Asai Moonsault/quebrada), from the apron, from the ring post, standing by the ring post, standing at the top of the ringpost and any other surface.
