The wrestler places his opponent in between his legs then the wrestler lifts his opponent over his shoulder and holds both his arms in a cross position. The wrestler finally runs or falls to his/her knees and throws his opponent onto the mat back/neck first. It can also be called a High Cross Powerbomb. Hernandez utilizes a running variation called the Border Toss, and Angelico uses a running variation into the turnbuckles call it Fall of the Angels.

Atsushi Onita innovated a similar move called the Thunder Fire Powerbomb, in which he would lift his victim high over one shoulder and drive them down at a high angle.

Cuatrero and James Storm both spin before the release in his version.

Splash Mountain

Eddie Guerrero & Rey Misterio

A Sitout Crucifix Powerbomb, aka BT Bomb. Top rope version shown.

The Niagara Driver is a variation where, as in the Thunder Fire, the opponent is over one shoulder of the attacker.
