Was a lucha libre promotion based in the Tijuana area of Mexico and South California area of USA, promoted by Benjamin Mora. It featured Mexico's best luchadores at the time such as Rey Misterio, Hijo del Santo, Eddie Guerrero, Perro Aguayo, Fishman, Mano Negra, Súper Astro, Mil Máscaras in 80´s and future stars like Psicosis, Ultraman 2000 (Damián 666) and of course Rey Misterio Jr. when he starting wrestle like Colibrí in 90´s.
