In 2003 left AAA and joined [[CMLL]]. In mid-2004 he created [[Los Perros del Mal]] which became a hugely popular heel group within [[Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre]] CMLL. The group became a significant draw in Mexican professional wrestling, peaking during Perro Aguayo Jr's storyline rivalries with [[Místico]],[[Negro Casas]] and [[Héctor Garza]]. In October 2008, Perro Aguayo Jr left CMLL to start his own independent professional wrestling promotion Perros del Mal Producciones, built around members of Los Perros del Mal group effectively turning the group into an even bigger entity.The promotion used everyone from Indie, CMLL and AAA stars. In June 2010, Perro Aguayo Jr returned to [[Asistencia Asesoría y Administración]] (AAA) after a seven-year absence to start an invasion storyline involving his group into the promotion. Perro Aguayo Jr himself became an even bigger star as the top heel in AAA feuding with all the tecnicos and forming [[La Sociedad]] with [[Konnan]] and [[Dorian Roldan]]. Perro Aguayo Jr's legend grew as he feuded with [[La Parka Jr.]], [[Cibernetico]], [[Myzteziz]], [[Rey Misterio Jr.]], and [[El Patrón Alberto]]. Perro Aguayo Jr died on [[March 21]], [[2015]] after an accident during a match teaming with [[Manik]] against [[Rey Misterio Jr.]] and [[Extreme Tiger]], due to a freak accident during the match, which was covered extensively by many news outlets across the world. Reports indicate a ring rope snapped into his throat or head, and he fell to the mat unconscious. It was originally believed he was just selling, but he'd actually been knocked unconscious.
