Started promoting wrestling in Sonora in 1998 under the banner "Promociones Soto Ramirez". In 2009 Soto began promoting EAW with help from the Medina brothers (promoters of ENESMA) with Rossy Moreno handling the booking. It was Soto's idea to use 2 rings, one elevated to double the height of the second ring.
