In 2022 started to take AAA work as the mini of Abismo Negro Jr., who was occasionally confusingly called Mini Abismo Negro which caused mix-ups with the original who hadn't wrestled for years at that point. Due to being US-based worked a lot in MLW during the AAA/MLW partnership.
