An MLW mainstay for five years, Hammerstone is best known as the inaugural and longest-reigning National Openweight Champion, followed by a similarly long reign as World Heavyweight Champion. During his MLW run, Hammerstone wrestled five matches in Tijuana; defending his Openweight title twice (first by getting himself disqualified against The Crash Heavyweight Champion Rey Horus in October 2019, then by defeating Laredo Kid at an MLW/AAA//EMW joint event in March 2020), defending his World Heavyweight title once against Octagón Jr. III in December 2021, teaming with Pagano to defeat Black Taurus and King Muertes in an Apocalypto Hardcore match that same night, and finally defeating Danny Limelight in February 2023. With the exception of his World Heavyweight title defense (at Espada Underground Fight Club), all those matches took place at Auditorio de Tijuana.
