[[Fuerza Guerrera]] was the front man for the group, announcing the formation on [[January 9]]. The promotion was made up of people jumping from the dying [[UWA]] and some reassigned to [[AAA]]. PROMELL wrestlers appeared on copromotion shows with AAA as well as their own tapinsg.

The promotion was bought by TV Azteca in 1996, becoming [[Promo Azteca]].
