	Camilo Perez was born in 1918 in Coahuila, Mexico. He is assumed to have only finished primary school. He initally trained in boxing but as he began to grow and gain weight, he moved on. He began wrestling training under Raul Torres and made his debut years later in 1948 by defeating Pablo Romero in Guadalajara. He was famous for his ugly face which one could say resembled a bulldog, hence his name of "El Bulldog". He was also known for wrestling a rough and tough style which further justified the name. On July 28th, 1962, he defeated a wrestler named Chico for his hair and in 1965, he lost to [[Zorro Plateado]] in a mask vs hair match. The song mentions various wrestlers such as [[El Santo]] and [[Blue Demon]] but also mentions a wrestler named El Bulldog.
