Biography
Rey Bucanero is a CMLL wrestler since the 90s, who was also briefly seen in WWE and TNA. He's most well known for his early 2000s tag team with Ultimo Guerrero, acclaimed as the best team in Mexico and perhaps the world during their run. Bucanero has spent most of his career as a rudo.

Bucanero is the nephew of Pirata Morgan, and moved in with his uncle after his parents divorced. Bucanero has talked about being around Arena Mexico a lot as he grew, kind of becoming an unofficial mascot for the wrestlers. Though he debuted at the early age of 17, Bucanero was training for many years ahead of his debut.

Bucanero was an early and opening match wrestler for the first half of the 90s, with particpating in tournaments (and losing in the first round) being the few new noteworthy matches. He's also credited with winning masks at minor shows. Bucanero started to move up to the terceras in 1996, and broke out by winning the 1996 Gran Alternativa. Bucanero earned the right to wrestle in the semimain the next two weeks, and his team with Emilio Charles Jr. & Satanico gelled well. In March of 1997, the same team won the CMLL World Trios Championship, although they quickly lost the titles. Despite the short reign, Bucanero was solidly encamped as a third/fourth match rudo from that moment on.

Bucanero also started had a slight bit of international success. He joined WWF in late 1998 to work on their Super Astros latino focused show, as the unmasked Rey Ortiz despite not having lost his mask in Mexico. Bucanero had high hopes going in, but he was only used as a enhancement level heel. Bucanero finished up with WWF in spring of 1999. Bucanero lost his mask to Shocker on July 17, [1999]] to Shocker in the finals of a ruleta de la muerte tournament, probably becuase he'd been seen too much unmasked. It was after this where Bucanero adopted the facepaint he's used the rest of his career.

In 1998, Ultimo Guerrero jumped to CMLL and started out around the same level. Bucanero and Guerrero are believed to have teamed for the first time on Feburary 13, but it was just a coincidental teaming of two rudos who were being positioned around the same level, as would continue to happen thru the year. The two became an actual unit in 1999, when Satanico picked them to restart the Infernales. The group gave more attention to the talented youngsters by the presence of Satanico, and the three were frequently teamed together thru 1999.

At the tail end of 1999, the Infernales kept running into tecnico trios led by young Tarzan Boy, starting a new rivalary. Tarzan defeated Bucanero in a special singles match on Christmas Day 1999, and feuded with Satanico in particular. Meanwhile, Bucanero and Guerrero began having success on their own, Ultimo Guerrero winning ciberneticos, the two winning an incrieble trios tournament with tecnico Mr. Niebla, and triumphing in a 16 team tournament to win the CMLL World Tag Team Championship in September of 2000

When former champions Negro Casas & El Hijo del Santo returned to feud with the new champions, the Tarzan Boy/Satanico feud continued to take place in the background. Bucanero and Guerrero surprisingly turned on Satanico and sided with Tarzan Boy in late 2000. The three younger wrestlers formed their own version of the Infernales, and feuded with Satanico over the rights to the name. Satanico recruited various rudos to go after his old pupils for 2001, and eventually 'created' new Infernales Averno (Rencor Latino, reborn) & Mephisto to fight for the name. Bucanero and the rest of his Infernales responded by recruiting Averno's tecnico rival, Mascara Magica, to join their rudo side. After Satanico cost Guerrero and Bucanero the tag team titles to Santo & Casas, the two sides agreed to a cage match with the rights for the name and mask/hair on the line. Mascara Magica was the last left in, so he lost his mask and Satanico's group got to keep the Infernales name.

The four person unit (Bucanero, Guerrero, Tarzan, Magica) renamed themselves Guerreros del Infierno, which is the name that's most stuck despite the variations changes in the group. Bucanero & Guerrero continued feuding with El Hijo del Santo and Negro Casas for the tag team championship into 2002, with many highly regarded matches. The younger wrestlers were finally able to recapture the championship on May 31, and successfully defended them against all challengers for the next two years, only briefly losing to Shocker & LA Park. The run pushed the team to the main event of most shows, and the championships were the most important in Mexico during their reign.

As a trio, Bucanero, Guerrero and Tarzan came close to winning the CMLL World Trios Championship on multiple occasions, but usually failed in the trios match. On his own, Bucanero had a short feud with Brazo de Platino, taking his hair, but losing his own hair to Vampiro at the end of 2002].

Ultimo Guerrero & Rey Bucanero lost the tag team titles for the last time on June 25, 2004 to Atlantis & Blue Panther, but Bucanero continued as a top rudo wrestler and the two continued to team up, just without all the defined feuds. Bucanero teamed with Olimpico to challenge (and lose) to Hiroshi Tanahashi & Shinsuke Nakamura when they brough the IWGP World Tag Team titles to Mexico in 2005. A year later, Bucanero and Tarzan Boy defeated Perros del Mal members Damian 666 & Mr. Aguila as the two groups feuded.

Rey Bucanero began having issues with his teammates in May of 2006, culminating with his original partners Tarzan Boy and Ultimo Guerrero turning on him in an Arena Coliseo match. Bucanero joined the tecnicos, and feuded with Ultimo Guerrero. Bucanero took the the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Championship away from Guerrero, but the feud between them never seemed to take off. Bucanero continued to defend the Light Heavyweight championship around Mexico for the next two and a half years, but the importance of the championship dropped during his reign, due to Bucanero never being in big feuds around it. Early on in the tecnico run, Bucanero took Okumura's and Mascara Ano 2000's hairs, but neither was a major feud. Bucanero's was a semi-main/main top tecnico during his time during that side, but never one that seemed to capture the fan's interest or have much individual momentuem.

Bucanero lost his hair at the end of 2007, in a match beset with personal issues and late changes. The match originally was to feature Shocker & Rey Bucanero (partners in the High Society group, which never went anywhere]] versus Black Warrior & Toscano (the former Tarzan Boy). Given the momentum of those involved, it seemed as if Toscano's side was scheduled to lose, until Toscano came down with a (questionable) injury. Hijo del Lizmark was nominated to take Lizmark's place, but Warrior did not want to team with him. Bucanero, angry at Shocker for not showing up to the press conference for the match, agreed to team with Warrior himself, and was defeated by Shocker & Lizmark.

While Bucanero lost his hair, the match did start his momentum towards rejoining the rudo side. Bucanero and Guerrero reunited their team as part of a relevos increible match on January 18, 2008, and Bucanero was back in the Guerreros (now the Guerreros del Atlantida within a few weeks. Bucanero had no particlar long turn rivalaries, but teamed up with Guerrero and Atlantis often in 2008 and 2009.

Immediatly after the 2009 H1N1 flu shut down, Bucanero started feuding with Ephesto. It began when Bucanero was sitting in the front row of the first show back, Ephesto happened to collide with him after a dive, and the two suddenly got into a fight. Bucanero and Ephesto interceded in each other's matches for the next couple weeks, leading to Bucanero putting up the Light Heavyweight championships versus Ephesto. After they split the first two falls, Rey Bucanero severely hurt his knee on a missed dive out of the ring. Bucanero attempted to continue, but the doctors put a stop to the match, and Bucanero missed most of the rest of the year recovering from ACL surgery.

Bucanero returned at the tail end of 2009, right back to the main event rudo spot, still teaming with Atlantis and Ultimo Guerrero. There had been talk about resuming his feud with Ephesto, but there's been no movement in that direction.

Bucanero is considered one of the better wrestlers in Mexico, especially during the peak of his tag team run with Guerrero. He's not been the singles star Guerrero has, but he's still one of CMLL's better known stars. There's been occasional rumors of Bucanero jumping to AAA, particularly when his uncle Pirata Morgan has been in the promotion, but Rey's never left the group he started with.

Groups
Bucanero's been a part of a number of groups:
Bio
Felino is an uppercard tecnico in CMLL. He's not pushed as strongly as his two brothers, Negro Casas and Heavy Metal, but is used as a veteran who can go with the younger wrestlers lower on the card.

In that role, Felino held the National Trios Titles with Volador Jr. and Safari, and defended in against midcard rudos often. They held the belts thru 2004, and did a good job of raising the value of the championship after it had been vacant for months. Felino most recent CMLL World Welterweight Title reign wasn't as successful, with few high profile defenses. As of June 2006, he's seeking a match for the title against, versus current champion Mephisto.

Felino has at least subtly acknowledged his relationship to his son, IWRG's Kid Tiger, by wearing Kid Tiger tights on at least one occasion although at the time they pretended that Kid Tiger was a nephew and not a son.

In the middle of 2008, Felino became a rudo to join his brothers and Mr. Niebla in La Peste Negra. Felino changed his look, and his wife Princesa Blanca turned as well.

In an interview, it was revealed that Puma King and Tiger Kid are not Felino´s son, but part of the family from other brothers or sisters. The kids explained they have cat characters because they're fans of Felino. The whole family kept the charade going until the June 7th SuperLuchas (#367), where Felino revealed what many had suspected: he was Puma and Tiger's father. Felino had been keeping it quiet so the boys would succeed or fail on their own merits, not because they were "Felino Jr." and "Hijo de Felino".
<!-- Bio -->

Biography
<font face="Verdana"></font>
Super Crazy is a world-renowned talent who is best known to be employed by World Wrestling Entertainment.

Before being signed to WWE in 2005, he was briefly in the WWE as Super Loco and appeared frequently on the short-lived WWE Super-Astros program, where he rarely appeared on Raw and wrestled on Shotgun mostly, and was able to participate in the WWF Light Heavyweight Championship tournament.

Super Crazy is most remembered for his time in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) from January 1999 to January 2001, where he held the ECW World Television Championship and engaged in a legendary feud against Yoshihiro Tajiri. Moreover, his Three-Way Dance contests against Yoshihiro Tajiri and Little Guido are considered by many to be the best incarnations of the Three-Way Dance concept. On June 12 2005 AT ECW One Night Stand, Super Crazy had a "Three Way Dance" again with Tajiri and Little Guido. Beating Tajiri with with a Top Rope Moonsault

Super Crazy was mostly on the SmackDown! brand and developed a feud with former partner Psicosis, but was taken off the road in July 2006 for elevated enzymes in his liver. He returned to the WWE in late 2006 where he was on the RAW brand. Two years later he was drafted to ECW, but he decided to go back to Smackdown instead. He asked for a released in the WWE on November 5, 2008, because he was unhappy with the role he was playing in the company.

He return to Mexico the same year, but refused to sign with CMLL and AAA (in fact, AAA booked him for a show, but Crazy was unavailable). Instead, he's wrestling with Perros del Mal promotion, X-LAW and his own company in Tulancingo, Hidalgo.

Outside of Mexico, Super Crazy has also competed in IWA Puerto-Rico, XPW (most notably against Psicosis), New Japan Pro Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling ZERO1, Battlarts, Dragon Gate, AEW (Spain), Ring of Honor and TNA.

Notes
Lady Apache is an on and off member of CMLL. Between 2005 and 2006, she jumped major promotions at least three times with stretches of being associated with neither thrown in. She's probably best termed as an independent wrestler, but one who will occasionally wrestle with CMLL.

Lady Apache's out of the ring relationships (and the ending of them) seem to have hurt her career for now. Her short 2005 stint in CMLL was speculated to be aborted because of a backstage feud between her and her husband Electroshock and wrestler's union leader (and ex-husband) Brazo de Oro. Her return to AAA might have been just as short because of a (long rumored) break up with Electroshock. She now seems to be on her own.

When CMLL started programming women's bouts in Arena Mexico and Arena Coliseo DF, it seemed like Lady Apache was positioned to be the top tecnica star - as she had been in AAA - but after rudas Amapola and Dark Angel stole the first match (literally and figuratively), that perception changed. She still might have had a large role with the division, but her bit of bouncing back and forth between companies has left her in a spot of "young legend who's not particularly pushed."
<!-- Bio -->

Biography
<font face="Verdana">
Son of former luchador Roy Aguirre, after being trained by his father and Chico Hernández, he made his professional debut at Arena México, which is something that very few can say. EMLL was in real need of new talent as AAA took away a lot of their youngsters, so they thought about this man and had him debut in the first match of a card at The Cathedral.

EMLL head Paco Alonso came up with the mask, name and costume for Olímpico, and Sr. José Vargas González was his "padrino" and bought him his first outfit.

He was in the first and second match of the night during years, mostly teaming with Olimpus until he got his first push in 1996.

He started a feud with Damián El Guerrero and took his hair in the biggest match of his career until that point, on August 6, 1996 at Arena Coliseo.

Olímpico always showed a lot of talent in the ring and he definitely deserved the push he was getting. From then on he moved up a bit on the cards and became a regular mid-card feature, often teaming with respected veterans like Lizmark or Super Astro.

His small push was working as expected and his performance was improving a real lot, so he on September 16, 1998 he beat Karloff Lagarde Jr. at La Arena Coliseo to win the CMLL Welterweight Title.

Olímpico headlined Arena México twice on October 23th and 30th in singles matches against Halcón Negro (Jorge Luis Herrera). In the first match, he lost the CMLL Welterweight Title, and in the second one, he unmasked Halcón!

He regained the Welter title shortly thereafter as he defeated Halcón on December 13 at Arena Coliseo. He had a short, but nice reign again, as he lost the title to the Japanese wrestler Super Delfín on Feburary 27, 1999 in Nagoya, Japan. However, on February 16, he had a successful Arena Coliseo title defense in which he defeated a respected legend like Fuerza Guerrera.

During mid-to-late 99 he had a heated feud with Rey Bucanero, with tons of mask ripping and hints from the commentators. It was known by many lucha fans that Bucanero was going to lose his mask (as a punishment for wrestling unmasked in the United States -WWF-) and everybody predicted a big mask vs. mask match between them, however it was Shocker who took Rey's mask.

The 1st of February of year 2000, Olimpico and Mr. Niebla won an Arena Coliseo one-night tournament defeating Blue Panther and Rencor Latino in the finals. Panther wanted his revenge so a singles match challenge was issued, and a week later, Olímpico got a huge win over Panther.

Other two important wins were on July 27, when he took Brazo de Platino's mask at La Arena Isabel de Cuernavaca, Morelos (he would win his mask later again in Acapulco), and on October 13, when he won a Torneo Cibernético held at Arena México.

Even though he's not as young as you'd think if you didn't know his age, he still has got a bright future ahead of him. He has already wrestled in Japan, and he has been to Switzerland and France as well (those last two as a part of a lucha libre museum), and he has a lot left to give to the fans.</font>

<!-- Bio -->

Biography
<font face="Verdana">

Profile
A dancing, stripping tecnico who's oddly in CMLL.

Fabian was trained primarily by Solar, and honors him in his mask design, but does not resemble his style in his ring. Fabian is in the mold of the dozens of pretty boy dancer tecnicos AAA's created over the years, despite never wrestling in the promotion. Fabian instead first was noticed as a wrestler in IWRG, as part of the Los Strippers group with Star Boy and Marco Rivera.

Fabian was introduced to CMLL through the second Guapos U group, though he still was mostly wrestling for IWRG. Fabian's membership with the group was mostly unnotable, except for the rudos in the group turning on him when he was showing everyone else his stripping moves, and those rudos then being kicked out of the group.

Fabian's first long run in CMLL was in 2005 under the Metro name, a gimmick sponsored by the newspaper of the same name. Fabian was the winner of a set of tryouts for the new gimmick, but didn't reach any notable successes under that name. He did get to be in middle of the card matches regularly, which was a bonus for someone of his experience and ability at the time.

The Metro gimmick didn't get over, so it was handed to Neutron to try in 2006, and Fabian resumed wrestling in CMLL under that name. Fabian's continued as a second/third match tecnico since then, with little notable matches.

Fabian seems to be a lesser in-ring wrestler, who makes up for it with his physique and stripping persona. Fabian doesn't seem to lack for effort, but his ability is somewhat questionable. For a long time, he tried a Asai Moonsault as his signature dive, but showed bad form with hit and narrowly avoided accident many times. On one try gone especially wrong, Fabian managed to injure Okumura, putting him out for several weeks due to shoulder issues. Okumura and Fabian have talked about having a match to settle the issue now between them, but CMLL hasn't given them more than occasional random trios. Okumura does not seem to hold a grudge as much as look at it as opportunity to get an important match out of it.

Fabian's work outside of the ring include running his own gym, and still working in stripping. Early in his CMLL career, pictures surfaced of Fabian unmasked and stripping, and it's not clear if he stopped stripping at that point. Fabian's recently worked with Rey Bucanero to promote CMLL shows at night clubs with stripping in between the matches.

Biography
Villano V is the last of the five Villano brothers. Villano V has had a long career in the UWA, AAA and CMLL, and one was one of many luchadors who spent many years in WCW. Villano III, IV and V are currently rudos in CMLL, and Villano V is feuding with Blue Panther.

Despite the number, Villano V is not the youngest of the Villanos brothers. Rey Mendoza mandated that his sons finishing studying for a career before they started wrestling. Villano IV, the youngest member of the group, completed his studies first, and so earned his number first.
