Durango Kid was one of the primary trainers at the New Japan Inoki Dojo in Los Angeles.

He wrestled as Fuego in a tournament to gain entry to the 2006 [[NJPW]] [[Super Junior]] tournament, and stayed as Fuego thru the tournament. After proving himself on the tour, he was invited to wrestle with NJPW again in the future; Durango Kid removed his mask voluntarily in order to compete under his usual identity for New Japan.

Began working regularly in Mexico in 2008, notably several shows for [[Ultimo Dragon]] and later [[IWRG]].

He wrestled as '''Black Dragon''' on the return show for [[Juventud Guerrera]]'s [[Super X]] promotion on [[August 15]], [[2009]] in 3 way dance for the [[Copa XL]], against [[Angelico]] and Juventud.

On [[July 26]], [[2009]] he started with [[CMLL]] as a lower/midcard [[rudo]], sporting a new mask. He spend the next year and a half as an early match rudo. Durango had a slight rivalry with fellow martial artist [[Sensei]], but it never got much attention. When Durango's brother [[Histeria II]] and others joined CMLL as [[Los Invasores]], there was periodic talk about Durango being added to the group, but it never came to fruition.

Durango disappeared from CMLL at the end of February 2011. A few months later, SuperLuchas explained Durango Kid's firing was tied to [[Mistico]]'s WWE deal. Durango has used his US contacts to set up a WWE tryout for CMLL wrestlers, notably Mistico and [[Diamante]]. Mistico left CMLL before he could be punished, but Diamante was suspended for a few weeks and revealed Durango Kid's role in the tryouts, costing Durango Kid his spot.

== Biography ==
Began his career in [[AAA]] working as '''Morfo''' and feuding with [[Arlequin]] as the two were rivals who both reached the finals of the [[Torneo Novato de Oro]] in [[1999]].

Afterwards '''Alan''' has had a number of different gimmicks marketed to women, but he's best known as one-third of the [[Barrio Boys]]. The group was a constant on AAA's undercards for many years, often fighting [[the Black Family]].

Over the summer of 2007, the Barrio Boys turned on each other and split apart. [[Billy Boy]]'s soap opera marriage caused the breakup, and he continues with that. [[Decnnis]] was recruited to join the [[Guapos]], and Alan basically vanished. Alan is occasionally listed as working spot shows, but did not appear on TV during Fall of 2007 and Winter of 2007.

Since February of 2008, Alan has re-emerged as leader of a new group of Barrio Boys.

Recently it became known that Alan splits his duty between working as a Barrio Boy and as Gato Eveready, the wrestling feline advertisement for [[AAA]]. He didn't play the role from day one of the gimmick being created but instead took it over on the [[April 16]] [[AAA]] show in [[Celaya]].

Popular opening match luchador for a number of years. Lost the battery sponsorship in 2011 and wrestled briefly as '''El Gato'''.

Reborn as '''Drago''', based on an anime character. He's been portrayed as a new luchador, though he uses many of the same moves (especially the tornillo dive.)

== Notes ==
Histeria was a mainstay of [[AAA]] from 1997 to 2009, usually a rudo midcarder involved with [[Los Vipers]]. Histeria was part of the core crew of luchadors after the many left with with [[Konnan]] to [[Promo Azteca]] and [[WCW]]. In the summer of 2009, Histeria left AAA, one of a number of guys who were unhappy with the number of bookings they were getting. Histeria, usually teaming with [[Psicosis]], worked in the independents for a year, including short stints in [[Perros del Mal (Promotion)|Perros del Mal]] and [[IWRG]].

[[Psicosis]], Histeria and [[Alebrije]] starting making surprise appearances in CMLL in spring of 2010, leading them to form the rudo group [[Los Invasores]] with other ex-AAA and independent luchadors.

'''Morphosis''' was actually Histeria's preferred name when he joined AAA, and he finally got to use it during his CMLL run.
