Los Vatos Locos were created in [[1998]] by the [[AAA]] promotion. The original group consisted of:

* [[Charly Manson]]
* [[Nygma]]
* [[May Flowers]]

They were officially alligned with [[Sangre Chicana]] and helped him in his battle with [[Cibernetico]] and his [[Vipers]]. In early [[2000]], [[Charly Manson]] had a change of heart and decided to leave Los Vatos Locos and join a new group named [[The Black Family]]. He was replaced by [[Espiritu]]. The 2nd version of the group was arguably the most dominant as they won multiple [[Mexican National Atomicos Titles|National Atomicos Titles]]. In late [[2001]], Antonio Pena decided to re-form [[Los Exoticos]] and needed [[May Flowers]] for the role so he was replaced by [[Silver Cat]]. Around the same time, [[Nygma]] announced his short-lived "retirement" from wrestling and was replaced for one night by [[Super Kiss]]. In typical Antonio Pena fashion, that went nowhere and [[Nygma]] was back teaming with his fellow Vatos the following month. During an [[LLL]] TV Taping in [[Toluca]] on [[November 20]], [[2003]] [[Nygma]] wasn't available and the promotion promised a surprise wrestler and new Vato Loco would debut. The wrestler ended up being someone named [[Slam]] who disappeared as quickly as he appeared.

The final change to the original Vatos Locos stable occured in November [[2005]] when [[Cibernetico]] formed [[La Secta]] and asked [[Espiritu]] to join. After consulting with his fellow Vatos, [[Espiritu AAA|Espiritu]] was granted his release and joined [[La Secta]]. However he remains on good terms with his old stable and has come to their defense a few times even though Los Vatos and [[La Secta]] are rivals.

== Biography ==
Charly Manson is currently part of AAA, and has spent most of his career there (though he had a short stint with [[IWRG]].) Manson's been part of many different factions of AAA - [[Vatos Locos]], [[Vipers]], [[LLL]], [[La Secta]], and [[Vipers Revolution]]. In November 2006 Manson joined [[Los Hell Brothers]] along with Cibernetico and Chessman and feuded with the remaining Secta.

As the name indicates, Manson's look and entrance is very inspired by [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilyn_Manson_%28person%29 US Musician Marilyn Manson]

Charly's had many high points in his career, the low point was an ill advised fall from a ladder during a 2001 match. The idea was for him to fall thru tables to break his fall, but the tables were not close enough, and Manson crashed to the hard cement floor. Manson was severely hurt, suffering a completely fractured left fibula.

A metal plate was placed on the back of Manson's fibula, to keep the leg intact. Charly had a long recovery, and a rough one without his wrestling income, but did return to the ring in 2002. Manson changed his style and never did another ladder match, but seemed to physically recover from the injury. Manson continued to progress as a wrestler, reaching a solid upper midcard level.

Unfortunately, Manson broke the same bone and plate in May of 2008, just on a simple tope. This time, it required the plate being inserted inside the fibula instead of aside it. Manson returned from his latest injury in early 2009, with much reduced mobility in the repaired leg.

Payasos del Mal consist of:

Payasos del Mal were a group of rudo clowns that were briefly featured in [[AAA]] in [[2007]]. The group didn't last long, they would be replaced by the [[Psycho Circus]]. Payasos del Mal would reappear in [[IWRG]] feuding with the current [[Payasos Tricolores]]. Those two teams have taken the Payasos feud around the central and southern Mexico, including the first Payasos Only Hardcore match. More and more the Payasos del Mal have fought another Payasos trio, formed by Coco Loco, Coco Pelos and Coco Tigre, on an elimination mask match. The Payasos del Mal easily saved their masks forcing their opponents to fight between themselves, with Coco Pelos finally losing the ''incognita''.

While never definitively proven, these Payasos are strongly suspected to be members of [[Los Porros]]. It's unclear which Porro is which clown.

Coming from the Baja California Nautilius came into AAA as part of their "Nueuva Imagen" Campaign, which didnt stick around too long.

After doing a [[Abismo Negro]] knock off gimmick in the independents, the former Angel Mensajero and Nautilius return to AAA as Black Abyss, the evil Vipers promoted clone of Abismo Negro.

The feud between Abismo Negro and [[Vipers Revolution]] never stayed on track because Abismo Negro had his issues making AAA TV tapings. Black Abyss continues as a member of the Vipers. During Abismo's summer of 2008 departure from the company, it's was rumored Black Abyss was now fulfilling his gimmick and working as (the new) Abismo Negro. Black Abyss confirmed this to be true, but the change never made it to television; the famous Abismo Negro returned, and Black Abyss remained with that gimmick. There were occasional appearances with Black Abyss wrestling as a sort of Abismo Negro II, but only the fans in attendance would've seen it (and might have not known it.)

The Vipers as a group disappeared from television during long stretches of 2008, usually around the same periods Abismo Negro was gone. Black Abyss hasn't been seen much as a result.

It featured Mexico's best luchadores at the time such as Rey Mysterio, La Parka and Juventud Guerrera during the late 1980s and early 1990s and was also featured on American television via the Fox Sports en Español channel.

Although inactive during the late 1990s, during which time much of its roster had left to compete in World Championship Wrestling and international promotions, the World Wrestling Association resumed operations in 2004.
