Current Champion

Miss Janeth, 19th Champion

Formerly a championship of UWA, once a belt of Japan joshi promotions, this is now mostly a indy title. Miss Janeth is the current champion.

History of Championship

Vickie Williams is the initial champion, but likely was awarded the title with a fictional backstory. Box Y Lucha 1411 mentions Williams defeating Fabolous Moolah "a month ago" (sometime in October) for the title, then immediately being signed to appear in Mexico. Williams is usually listed as defeating Irma Gonzalez for the belt, which may instead be her first title defense (and the first real match for the title.)
