Son of CMLL superstar Atlantis. Trained for eight years in order to make his debut. Wrestled as Tiburón in his rookie year on independent circuit.[3] Debuted officially as Atlantis Jr. on January 11, 2019 in the NJPW/CMLL Fantastica Mania 2019 in a tag team match teaming with his father losing against Sanson (II) & Okumura. [4][5][6]
Atlantis Jr. has found himself unpopular with the hardcore fans, who believe he's coasting off his father's name while luchadors on the undercard work better matches and are more engaging. When crowds trend smarkier (e.g. the CMLL vs. AEW (2025) shows) he tends to get booed despite being a tecnico.
