Never ran a show in Mexico.
Never had anything to do with any promotion in Mexico except certain wrestlers wearing the t-shirt on XLAW events.

But it did feature luchadors. AJPW, NJPW, NOAH, WA-R, ECW, WCW and TNA have promotions profiles without having a show in Mexico. Why aren't those getting the axe as well by your logic?
