Oh, as for the 01, 02, 03, etc. thing - I think the first time I edited a title, I saw the defenses were 1, 2, 3 - and I just figured 01, 02, 03 didn't match so I started to fix it wherever I saw it. Enrique Vera's first title reign title win doesn't quite make sense - the Wagner title defense was announced before the Vera would've won the title.
