-Doesn't look like there's a way to link inside the brackets; maybe I need a list of particpants to so they're listed in "what links here" on the bio pages?

-Yeah, I'd add a list of participants for each section, but not inside the PRE tags, so you can link them to the profiles. What you've got so far is good, though.
