A cross legged submission, putting pressure on the victim's back. In Mexico, the victim will often be tilted over on one side, while the attacker grabs the victim's free arm for an added armbar. Elsewhere, the victim's stomach is completely on the mat.
While the hold is associated with Riki Chohsu, Sting, and Bret Hart, it appears to have originated from Mexico.
