Lady Puma was replaced by [[Erika Sotelo]] (exotico) and sides were switched, Sagittarius went with Big Mama and Sotelo was Baronessa's tag team partner. Sagittarius & Big Mama are the first champions. They won the championships on october 16, 2022 by defeating Keyra & Zeuxis and Baronessa & Erika Sotelo in Gimnasio Municipal el Mirador, San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo Leon.

The actual match was announced between Big Mama & Lady Puma, Baronessa & Sagittarius, and Keyra & Zeuxis. Lady Puma was replaced by Erika Sotelo (exotico) and sides were switched, Sagittarius went with Big Mama and Sotelo was Baronessa's tag team partner.
