Profile

Raúl López began his training during 1970s in the troupe “Los Diablos del Ring” led by Oscar Rodríguez, who was Tarzan Milos in “Titanes en el Ring”. His physical appearance in a way influenced in his way of choosing gimmicks through his long career he went under different indigenous gimmicks.

Began as El Indio Cochís in Diablos del Ring on 1973, El Apache Kochís in Campeones del Perejil, 1987, El Indio Mapuche in Titanes en el Ring in 1988 (do not confuse with [[El Mapuche), Huncas el Cherokee in Lucha Mundial on 1993, Agni el Fuego Sagrado in Lucha Total o 1995), Machuca la Hiena in Titanes en el Ring/1997 and Campeones del Ring on 1999), El Mapuche in Titanes en el Ring on 2001, El Indio Gerónimo in Guerreros del Ring on 2003, Nube Oscura in 100% Lucha on 2006 y and once again as Machuca la Hiena in Guerreros del Ring on 2009. In his latest gimmicks he presents with his companion Gota Clara.

The only non-indigenous gimmick he had was in “Rambo y sus Titanes” from 1991 until 1992 where he incarnated the masked Doctor Hyde.
