Mexican National Middleweight Tournament, 2021

CMLL brought back the Mexican National Middleweight Championship in 2021 as part of the CMLL 88th Anniversario show. All matches on the show were determined by fan vote. Nine wrestlers were eligible, with the top four vote-getters advancing to an elimination match. Two wrestlers were eliminated in the fourway and the final two fought for the title on the Aniversario.
