Starring Mil Mascaras and Blue Demon, who manage a group of masked wrestlers against crime.

The heroes get into action when a crazy sciencist kidnaps women from a parade in Miss Mexico contest. After that the sciencist sent his powerful dwarfs against heroes. Featuring Black Shadow, Medico Asesino, La Sombra Vengadora and Tinieblas (making his movie debut as a luchadore.)
