Introduced by Kaoz, there was an elimination match om December 2, 2018 at Arena Coliseo Monterrey in order to determine the first champion.  Tiffany, Sexy Dulce, Hija de Karonte, Lady Flamer, and Lady Puma were announced.  There were two surprise luchadoras: Chik Tormenta and Diosa Quetzal.  Tiffany became the first champion by defeating Sexy Dulce in the finals.

When [[Faby Apache]] became the new champion there was controversy, because she left the ring extremely upset. A year later Apache joined to AAA again and therefore the title was vacant.

Keyra is the current champion. She won the vacant title on March 24, 2023 defeating Julissa Mexa, Ayako Hamada, Natalia Markova & Tiffany in Gimnasio Nuevo León Unido in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
