El Alebrije is a gimmick started in AAA dating back to 1998. The gimmick has been portrayed by at least two workers.
El Alebrije - is the original wrestler who had the gimmick back in 1998 but left in 2009 with his second Cuije. He briefly used Gran Alebrije before jumping to CMLL with Cuije.
El Alebrije II - is the replacement of the original to debut in 2010 with a new Cuije. Is rumored to be Máscara Divina.
