Drako (Morelos) & Eufórico are the current champions, having won the championships on February 7, 2015.
History of Championship
This is a state championship, promoted as being under the control of Morelos Box Y Lucha Commission and usually referred to only as "the state tag team championship]]. It's unclear how long the title goes back. Two title matches are known before the current era.
- 2007-11-16, Arena Isabel, Cuernavaca, Morelos: Anubis (Morelos) & Celestial (Morelos) defeated Ramsés (Morelos) & Tamuz in a tag title match
- 2010-11-28, Deportivo Gloria Almada de Bejarano, Cuernavaca, Morelos - Damian el Inmortal & Kid Power defeated Damian el Salvaje & Randy Balderas in a tag title match
The championship is currently defended in ANLL. All champions & challengers should be assumed to be a local version of the luchador, not the DF version of the same name. The main exception is Canelo Casas, who is the CMLL luchador.
