"El Inmortal" or "the Immortal" made his debut in Cd. Juarez, Chih., Mexico at a small birthday party along with other new wrestlers. He was invited by his teacher "Peluchin" to participate in this match so he could start to get the feeling of what a wrestling match was. He debuted as a "professional" at the "Club Deportivo Unidos" which was under the administration of his teacher and who was also his first rival that same night and was allowed to participate in upcoming matches every week. He was then invited to many other matches in Cd, Juarez in differrent arenas against bigger wrestlers like, El Romano, MAquina 45 Jr., Animas 2 & 3 among others. It is said that he also fought in a match Along with Romano but under the name of Romano 2nd, this was never officially confirmed and there are no records of this since this was inly for one night and that match only.
El Paso, TX After many matches here in Cd. Juarez, he was invited by Promotor Ricardo Felix to fight in his Arena, Wild Wild West, in El Paso, TX. There he would fought every weekend against many wrestlers from El Paso and Cd. Juarez. At one point, Inmortal had matches on Friday, Saturday, And Sunday and sometimes up to three times a day.
Inmortal adopted a new home after many differences with his teacher, making Clul Deportivo "Titanes" or Titans. There he had some of the most rugid fights and some of the most difficult ones as well. He made a great Tag Team with Romano winning many matches against many wrestlers. They became well known among the people and was very rare to see one alone beacuase they usually fought side by side, until a mistake during a match which made these two the worst enemies. That night their figt became so strong that it went into the dressing rooms were even the other wrestlers could not understand.
This event became his step to becoming part of the opposite "team".
