The Patriot debuted in 1987 under the name of Del Wilkes, before getting The Trooper name in 1989. In 1991 after the closure of the AWA, Del joined the GWF where he got The Patriot name that he would wrestle under for the rest of his career (minus a few [[WWF]] enhancement matches.) Profile
The Patriot debuted in 1987 under the name of Del Wilkes, before getting The Trooper name in 1989. In 1991 after the closure of the AWA, Del joined the GWF where he got The Patriot name that he would wrestle under for the rest of his career (minus a few WWF enhancement matches.) Most likely The Patriot that wrestled in WWA in the early 1990's (due to the lineage of the name at the time), along with stints in Capitol Sports in Puerto Rico, All Japan Wrestling in Japan and WCW and WWF in America.
