Known elsewhere as a crossbody block, it's a chest to chest bodypress, usually performed on a standing opponents.
Usually done from the top rope, but can be done in any number of situations. A plancha to the outside is called Plancha Suicida.
There is another version done while the opponents is seated on the corner. This version is usually performed by Sanely as a trademark move.
