There were 9 participants, there were 8 luchadoras announced and Miss Tiger was added as the surprise luchadora the day of the event. The winner will have the right to go one on one agaist a CMLL Amazona in the following event of Grand Coliseo. The match began with the two wrestlers. The other participants entered at timed intervals of 60 seconds. The eliminations were in the traditional royal rumble rules by tossing the competitors over the top rope, with both feet touching the floor.

The Grand Coliseo Female Royal Rumble was a battle royal presented by Grand Coliseo and took place at The Gym Auditorio de Tijuana, Baja California on May 2, 2024.

There were 9 participants, there were 8 luchadoras announced and Miss Tiger was added as the surprise luchadora the day of the event. The winner will have the right to go one on one agaist a CMLL Amazona in the following event of Grand Coliseo. The match began with the two wrestlers. The other participants entered at timed intervals of 60 seconds.
